I've been a reseller with HostDime for almost 6 years now. Over the years, they've managed to keep my shared server up and running with very little downtime. There have been some minor hiccups over the years, mainly with DNS problems and things like that (no major hardware or network downtime). However, they've upgraded the server over that time, added new features, updated the software, etc. The other good thing is, their support is fantastic. Their support ticket site is a 15-30 minute wait at the most. I normally use that instead of their 800 number, but the couple times I did need to call, there was very little wait at all. The downsides to hosting with HostDime? Not many, but annoying as a developer. They limit E-mails sent per hour to 350, so if you have a legitimate need to send more, you are SOL. Also, they scan their domains hourly and remove any E-mail forwarders to certain domains like Yahoo, MSN, etc. This is more justifiable so they don't get blacklisted for forwarding spam, but still annoying nonetheless. I've even lost a client because of this feature.
