I host more than 15 sites with Justhost and they have hte greatest customer support I have ever seen. In more than 2 years time i have my sites down for less than 1 hour and i just bought a 5years plan for less than $2 per month...
Justhost is by far the best hosting I've used. I just moved a joomla site from my localhost on my local mamp server to justhost without any problems with Akeeba backup and Kickstart 2.4.1 and it ran like a champ try that on godaddy won't work. I have a lot of clients on godaddy and I tell them to have a fast loading site or to get better hosting move to justhost hands down better then godaddy 100-1.
I called Justhost one day about issues I was having with my site. Seriously, I was having the worst day of my life; everything seemed to be going wrong. After talking to one of their support staff members I felt so much better - they where so polite and understanding it just made my day. It didn't feel scripted at all, it felt like a positive conservation and it was great feeling. Thank you!
