I called Justhost one day about issues I was having with my site. Seriously, I was having the worst day of my life; everything seemed to be going wrong. After talking to one of their support staff members I felt so much better - they where so polite and understanding it just made my day. It didn't feel scripted at all, it felt like a positive conservation and it was great feeling. Thank you!
