Network Solutions SUCKS! They are the worst server system. THe system is down all of the time, like today, and when you speak with them they give you some technical nonsense that means nothing. They have deleted entirely loads of emails and then claimed I did it. Just because they want to free up some space. Some emails make it to you and some don't but one never knows why. When I forwarded an email to them that was sent to a different email so I could send it on to them, they told me that it was blocked and I needed to use an address management system. Hmmm, well then why is it that I get 95% of the emails from this email account and then a few randomly don't make it. It has absolutely nothing to do with an address management system. It has to do with their crappy firewall system which is inconsistent. Note to anyone thinking about Network Solutions - Dont use it. Go elsewhere. I am.

But don't try to email me. NS email down for 4 hrs. Second time this vendor has had major foulup. Last time was hacked. Nice people but poor reliability for business.

I had fairly good service until recently. NS began debiting my account without my prior authorization or knowledge. It took over 8 customer service reps to get some type of response. Utimately, I had to cancel my bank credit card, cancel my account and I'm still waiting for a refund of my monies for services I never received. No-one at NS had the ability to "STOP" these debits or reassure that they won't continue. I wasted over $40.00 in cell-phone air time (on hold). Good luck if you ever have a problem with this company!
