worst service to date. they lost my website - only took them a week to figure out they have no idea what happened or how to fix it - phone wait time - 4+ hours. not recommended.

Issues, issues and more issues. Their tech support is rude on the phone they do not help. The only way to get ANYTHING done is to talk to a manager, who never calls you back so you end up doing the same thing over again. DO NOT USE UNDER any circumstances. Any positive reviews were probably written by board members. It could not be their staff since they obviously hate working there. Literally the most aggravating customer help endeavor of my life
