I have been with this hosting company for over 1 year (16 months actually). I feel their tech support is excellent. During this period, I contact them for support twice. First contact (last year) was solved instantly. The recent contacts included live chat, e-mails, though not solved instantly, but their responses were very quick. These quick responses made me sure that they are working on and taking care of the issues. I vote for the company A++ based on my experiences.
